Job Description:
• Maintain and Implement (when required) companies food safety policy and HACCP systems.
• Assume overall responsibility for HACCP certificate status on quality assurance of the application and maintenance process of the qualification/certificate.
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify improvement and to support management and team leaders to maintain compliance with expected food safety & hygiene standards.
• Provide in-house training in food safety and hygiene where required.

• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or any related field
• At least 3 years experience in the similar role with quality assurance, food safety, audit or consulting experience from hospitality industry
• Must have HACCP, NEBOSH or IOSH certification

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 7,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
