HSE Engineer

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced HSE professional to implement and maintain safety and environmental systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a safety culture. You will conduct inspections, provide training, and prepare reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain HSE systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide HSE training to staff and contractors.
• Prepare and present HSE reports.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Promote safety and environmental awareness.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate HSE practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health & Safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA / ADOSH certification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in UAE/Middle East.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
