HSE Enginner

Job description / Role

* Develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
* Implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
* Conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW.
* Implement practical H2S control measures.
* Conduct HSE audits and inspections.
* Investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.
* Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
* Understand the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering OR Bachelor Degree in relevant Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution
of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
* Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in
the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.

Minimum one of the following:
* NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
* Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)

Mandatory
* Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
* Incident Investigation techniques. Additional HSE Trainings
* Certifications will be added
* Strong personality and leadership skills.
