HSE Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is currently looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Manager to join our team for a major bridge project in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise in marine and bridge construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plan for the sea bridge project.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and international safety standards.
• Monitor and improve environmental and safety performance on-site.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to maintain high HSE standards.
• Oversee audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Mentor and train HSE personnel and site teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH Level 6 Certificate and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on bridge and marine works.
• Must have successfully managed and delivered at least one major marine/bridge project in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of marine risk management and environmental compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
