HSE Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to lead and manage our health, safety, and environmental programs in our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will drive safety excellence, ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE policies and procedures in line with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with management and operational teams to integrate HSE requirements into daily activities and projects.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare reports for regulatory agencies.
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans to minimize impact during incidents.
- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management within industrial or construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws, standards, and international best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic multicultural environment.
