HSE Manager Civil - Offshore - ADNOC Approved

Job description / Role

An international EPC contractor is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join our team for a major offshore oil & gas project in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures in line with ADNOC standards.
• Ensure compliance with international and local HSE regulations across all project phases.
• Drive safety culture, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, incident investigations, and HSE reporting.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to site HSE teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
• ADNOC Approved HSE Manager
• Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, with at least 1 years in offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and ADNOC codes of practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
