HSE Manager - Joinery Factory

If your a Safety Manager with a wealth of experience handling production facilities then we want to hear from you. You will be joining a client that GENUINELY values Safety , Quality and its PEOPLE.

We do not want an all round Safety Manager as we have plenty of these. What we want is someone with specific JOINERY Experience handling the Safety for the production facility.

This person will understand and have prior knowledge of machinery, hazardous waste , risks , working conditions and construction techniques. This person needs to of lived and breathed Safety within Joinery , Interiors and Production facilities.

So you will handle 3 Safety Officers and work very closely with the Production Manager & General Manager for this group. There will be a dotted line into the Regional head of Safety & Environmental . This gentleman can only be described as forward thinking & a people person.

You will have the blend of joinery , construction projects and manufacturing experience needed to make a real impact in this post. Is now the time for you to embrace a change in your career for a Tier 1 Client.

This role offers stability , longevity and exciting projects. This group services some of the best construction employers across the GCC providing bespoke Joinery for Mega Yachts, 5* Hotels, Luxury Residential and so on.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: 1 Flight + Medical

Requirements

The Following is key:

• Led the Safety for a Joinery Workshop or Manufacturing Facility
• Happy to relocate to Dubai – UAE
• Strong communication skills , prior management experience needed
• GCC Experience is desired but not essential as long as you have
• Highly organized , self starter and motivated
• Happy working as part of a team
• NEBOSH & Associated Safety Qualifications
