Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer with experience in pipeline construction t. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and preferably be ADNOC-approved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry safety regulations.
• Ensure that all employees and subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Carry out safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, providing reports and recommendations.
• Conduct HSE training and toolbox talks to maintain a safety-conscious workforce.
• Ensure the correct use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and reports as required by the company and regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with ADNOC representatives and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HSE role within pipeline construction.
• ADNOC approval (preferred).
• preferably currently based in UAE.
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and ADNOC safety standards.
• Ability to join immediately (ASAP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
