The Human Capital Advisor (HCA) supports in designing, executing and communicating the Learning & Innovation goals and objectives. The HCA will design and execute talent management programs that promote a learning and innovation culture and practices among our students. The role includes but is not limited to running assessment centers, developing internship schemes, managing learning programs, creating innovative research projects for high achievers, and maintaining partners’ relationships with the industry and academia.
Key Competencies
- Design and delivery talent management, workforce planning, learning and development initiatives for university students and graduates
- Development and implementation of performance management schemes and sills gap analysis, including determination of key performance indicators linked to performance appraisal
- Coaching and mentoring
- Effective communication, presentation and stakeholders’ engagement techniques
- Project management covering resource planning and management, project finance, project deliverables and project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree
- 7–10+ years of experience in a related field
- Previous experience in Big Four or niche consulting firms
- A genuine interest in the tech or education industry a plus
