Description

* Utilise advanced analytics and data science techniques to examine large-scale workforce data sets.
* Build predictive models, algorithms, and analytical solutions to guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies.
* Apply statistical techniques and hypothesis testing to analyse data, generating insights. Create visualisations and reports to clearly communicate workforce trends and metrics to stakeholders.
* Partner with HR, management, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven insights into organisational decision-making.
* Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations in human capital analytics.

Job Offer

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; an advanced degree in Data Science or a quantitative field is preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in analytics and data science, with a specialisation in human capital or workforce analytics.
* Expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning, and data visualisation tools.
* Experience handling human capital data and a solid understanding of workforce management policies and government regulations.
* Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Python/R, SQL, Alteryx, and data visualisation platforms like MS PowerBI.
