Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Serve as a business partner to the CEO, CFAO and Senior Management in recruiting and rewarding talent, managing individual performance, talent management and HR policies and procedures

Recruitment – Lead the end-to-end recruitment process. Support relevant managers in developing JDs, advertise positions and work with executive search firms to source candidates. Manage candidate pipeline and work with relevant managers to filter & interview candidates, select a final recruit and make an offer. Assist in relocation and on-boarding of recruits.

Compensation and benefits – Work with Group CFAO to develop and constantly update compensation and benefits program for entire group at all levels, including performance-linked bonus program. Stay abreast of market trends in compensation.

Individual performance management – Work with Group CFAO and Strategy Manager to link business performance management KPIs to individual performance management KPIs. Organize annual and quarterly evaluation process, ensuring managers receive and complete evaluations for performance dialogues, and this is reflected in bonuses / promotions.

Talent management / Training and development - Develop a competency framework (leadership and management attributes) for all job families and tailor training schedules for staff to develop the necessary competencies. Work with Training Institute Manager to deliver training programs for internal staff

Policies and procedures – Develop and update HR policies and procedures with guidance from CFAO.

Transactional processes – Oversee processing of HR administrative transactions – e.g. leave requests, residency visas, contracts, etc – by junior colleagues

Requirements

- 8+ years of broad, generalist experience across human capital functions within a large international organisation or from working in human capital focused consulting, serving as a business partner to line management.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in human capital management processes.
- Excellent skills in engaging with a multinational workforce and engaging with top management.
- Degree in human resources preferred; professional qualifications in human resources preferred.
