Job description / Role
Human Resources:
• This role is pivotal in managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and policy development.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws and manage visa and immigration processes.
• Oversee payroll both the company and clients, and employee benefits administration.
• Manage health insurance and compliance with UAE statutory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, in coordination with the Legal Counsel.
• Ensure policies align with UAE labour regulations and company goals.
• Maintain HR records and systems for accurate reporting and audits.
Office Administration:
• Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of office and pantry supplies.
• Organize and manage company and client records as per retention policies.
• Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) for easy retrieval and compliance audits.
• Ensure CRM systems are updated and aligned with business processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve CRM workflows and usage.
• Act as the liaison between employees and IT support providers for troubleshooting and system upgrades.
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and office administration roles, preferably in a corporate service provider environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong Personality, proven ability to manage multicultural teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in HR and CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT coordination.
• Certification in CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Advanced level MS Office programs including MS Outlook, and Excel is a must.
Salary:
AED
9,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
