We are a dynamic and expanding real estate company looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive to become an integral part of our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage employee relations, addressing inquiries, grievances, and resolving conflicts.
• Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Ensure the accuracy of employee records and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and collaborate with management to create improvement strategies.
• Assist with the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Foster employee engagement through initiatives that promote a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2+ years of HR management experience, with at least 1 year in the real estate or brokerage industry will be added advantage
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
