An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and management of best practice human resources policies, practices and procedures, including IR/ER and dispute resolution. Leading a small team, you will focus on promoting a continuous improvement culture and providing strategic advice, leveraging data to enable future focused workforce planning and risk mitigation.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a proven HR leader, with experience managing IR/ER and dispute resolutions, within a large service focused environment. Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline, you will be passionate about driving change and continuous improvement across an organisation and ensuring best practice. You will have strong people management skills and ability to influence during times of change. Your pragmatic and customer-centric approach to business partnering will ensure positive outcomes in line with the organisations values and responsibilities.
