- Handle all government processes including visas, Emirates IDs, labour permits, license renewals, and compliance with UAE laws.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, employee records, offboarding, and insurance coordination.
- Act as the liaison with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, Dubai Economy, GPSSA, NAFIS) to ensure smooth company operations.
- Maintain accurate HR/legal records, manage deadlines, and support internal HR policies and audits.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3 years UAE experience in similar role with strong knowledge of UAE government portals and systems (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.)
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE DL (preferably with own car)
