Human Resources Administrator / Intern

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Support with all administrative aspects of the recruitment process from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and background/reference checks
• Update HR software.
• Support HR team with on-boarding and training process of new hires.
• Prepare all paperwork and material for new hire orientations and training packets
• Carry out administrative tasks within HR department, like prepare letters and documents for employees, file and archive employees’ records, Prepare IDs for all new employees.
• Data entry for employees’ information on the HRIS.
• Provide logistical support for new employees’ induction process.
• Prepare along with Finance Office payroll reports.

Requirements

• Eligible majors: Human Resources, Business/Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field of study
• High school graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management, and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee and potential candidates’ personal information throughout the recruitment process
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
