Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a 5-start hotel chain based in Ras Al Khaimah, we are looking for a Human Resources Assistant which is an entry level generalist position.
In this role, you will be reporting into the Assistant HR Manager and / or the Human Resources Manager and be involved in all aspects of HR.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
• Managing on-boarding of new employees
• Recruitment: drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, screening, arranging interviews, conducting pre-screening interviews
• Be involved in conducting welfare activities for the staff
• Assist in the monthly payroll processing
• Assist in exit formalities
• Responsible for all HR administrative tasks
• Maintaining records and confidentiality at all times
Package details:
2000 AED + 500 AED (service charge)
Studio apartment, twin sharing
Air ticket after 2 years
Plus other hotel benefits (ex. meals, etc)
Requirements
• Any basic Human Resources qualification or you should have undergone a cross training in Human Resources in your current organization
• Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Passion for the field of HR and be able to confidently communicate with people
