Job description / Role
Our client, a leading organization in the UAE, is looking for an HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract of one year, to join their growing team in Dubai.
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible to provide a wide range of HR generalist services covering both compliance oriented and strategic duties, including but not limited to; management of administration of the company’s policies, procedures and programmes, tracking and reporting on personnel and documentation.
Furthermore, you are expected to provide pro-active support to personnel in all aspects of HR, continually developing the service level within the team.
Requirements
In able to qualify for the role, ideal candidate must be CIPD qualified and has a degree in HR with minimum five years of experience in HR generalist role in an oil and gas industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and with strong ability to multi-task are highly essential for this role. Preference will be given to male candidates as the role required to provide support to Offshore Operations. Only those candidates who are willing to work on a one year fixed term contract need to apply.
