As the HR Business Partner you will report directly to the HR Director managing all areas of business partnering and liaising with key stakeholders.

Description
The Key responsibilities will include
* Partnering with the business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with the
* organisational goals
* Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development planning.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture.
* Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and enhance employee skills.
* Stay current on HR trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Requirements:
The Successful candidate will have/be
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
* 5 years experience in a similar role
* Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders on complex HR issues.
