Human Resources Clerk

Rixos Premium Dubai is looking for Human Resources Clerk with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. An HR Clerk is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Trainings and Internship completion program in Human Resources Department
- Knowledge of Arabic Language will add an advantage
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Expert in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
