Job description / Role
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll be responsible to sincerely assist our Andaz Colleagues' with all their queries to ensure a seamless colleague experience. You will have to efficiently balance all your tasks to assist the Human Resources Team in creating memorable colleague experiences. You will assist with on-boarding experience for all new colleagues. You will be responsible to plan and market associate welfare engagements and promote the Hyatt Thrive initiatives. You will support the Human Resources team members with daily activities to ensure that Human Resources division works as a business partner to all the hotel departments.
Requirements
- University Degree/Diploma - preference given to Human Resources or business-related degrees.
- Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions would be a useful benefit.
- Arabic Speaker.
About the Company
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport. Over the following decade, Jay Pritzker and his brother, Donald Pritzker, working together with other Pritzker family business interests, grew the company into a North American management and hotel ownership company, which became a public company in 1962.
