Client is a large financial services company based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join their experienced HR Team. The team has experts in Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Performance Management, Learning and Organizational Development from around the Globe.
Requirements
- Must have advanced analytics
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence
- Can discuss with and challenge senior stakeholders
- Very strong in excel (Macros, look-ups etc)
- Excellent presentation skills - Powerpoint and story telling
- Will be creating presentations for senior management and the Board
- Good knowledge of HRMS systems
- Manpower and capacity planning
- Needs to be a Human Resources professional
