Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of the Human Resources and Management of Administrative activities of the business.
- Develop the professional systems for recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, staff training and development consistent with the policies of the Company.
- Enforce the overall human resource practices of the organization as defined by the corporate headquarters.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participates in recruitment decisions and administers all levels of staff Recruitment.
- Oversee the recruitment and staffing for the entire organization, which includes drafting of ads, posting in appropriate publication/website, interviewing, tracking applicants, sending Job Offers, employment contracts, arranging for visas, travel of overseas candidates and their temporary accommodation.
- Coordinates resident visas, labour cards, etc. in the countries of GCC where the company has an active office.
- Administration of the PRO functions such as Labour, Immigration and other Governmental Organizations.
- Perform compensation analysis, trends and create compensation structure that correlate with Titles and duties. Input human resource changes into payroll.
- Designs and administers the Firm’s Employee Relations programs, i.e., Disciplinary Action Procedure, Labor Regulations Violations, investigations, punishments.
- Supports during terminations and exit interviews.
- Provide organizational development for the company, which includes; employee development, job structure, job descriptions, mentoring and development programs, promotions, job transfers, location transfers, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between Management and employees and help resolve work related problems.
- Responsible for the activities and functions of the People Management System (PMS). Maintain employee records and appropriate HR documents.
- Responsible of compliance with statutory and legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions

Requirements

- Minimum of 7 years in the field of Human Resources with at least 3 years of Management experience.
- Experience computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills in database management and record keeping
- Knowledge of all facets of Human Resources Management and hands-on operational experience of working in GCC, preferably in large Organizations.
- Knowledge of employment contracts, GCC visa regulations, Labor Relations.
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of human resource software systems is a must.
- Effective written and verbal communication is necessary and independent judgment is essential.
- Good level of both English and Arabic needed.
- GCC citizenship desirable.
