Job description / Role
Purpose: To manage, develop and implement entire spectrum of HR activities such as training and development, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, career planning, and C&B so that the appropriate calibre of staff can be attracted, motivated, engaged and retained to meet the short, medium and long term growth objectives of the Company.
Requirements
- Candidate must have Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Generalist experience.
- Should have commercially acumen to understand the business needs.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
