Job description / Role
Responsible in providing support which include Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Performance Monitoring, Mediator between Management and Employee, Accessing and providing employees document request in relation to their employment, and Employee Counseling.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2-3 years of work experience with the same position
- With positive personality
- Knows how to deal with other people especially to employees
- Knowledge in HR and administration role
- Proficient in Microsoft office such as outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint
- depending on the qualifications
- Must have photo in the CV
- Educational attainment: Bachelor’s degree related to Psychology or Business Management
