Client is an international lifestyle brand how offers news and style for your day-to-day. Our company is now present in several different segments, offering Man, Women and Kids clothes, including shoes and accessories, through our stores networks.

With 25 years of experience in the fashion business, the company gained widespread recognition in the markets and segments where it is positioned.

The Human Resources Manager will report to Chief Executive Officer and will be required to manage and develop Human Resources function, Human Resources Manager will be responsible mainly but not limited to the below elements :
• Planning and strategic development of HR
• Talent Management
• Recruitment
• Legal Compliance
• Budgets
• Implementation of Performance Management

Planning and Strategic Development of HR
• In partnership with CEO develop and implement HR objectives and best practices (retention, training, recruitment etc.) And processes.
• More broadly, manage the long term development and performance of the HR function to ensure high quality and continuous improvement in service delivery and support the business as it grows

Talent Management
• Coordinate learning & development activities and ensure provision of appropriate training for all individuals
• Monitor employee performance, conduct performance appraisals and manage the promotion process as appropriate
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training department to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

Recruitment
• In partnership with external recruitment consultants as required, develop and lead recruitment programmes; manage all aspects of recruitment
• Deal with different Department Heads to work on manpower planning for Back and Front office.

Legal Compliance
• Ensure all HR policies, processes and the management behaviors are legally compliant and do not expose the organization to legal risk and/or reputation damage
• Manage employee grievance and disciplinary processes

Budget
• Manage the preparation and finalisations of the annual departmental budget, ensuring activities are appropriately funded. Seek approval and monitor subsequent performance to ensure expenditure is within approved levels.

Performance Management
• Manage the implementation of Workforce Planning, Performance Management and Organsaitional Development initiatives and process and its timely completion and compliance to Corporate HR instructions/Guidelines
• Review the Annual performance appraisals and compute cost estimate on annual salary increments and variable pay

Prepare regular in-depth, analytical reports for the executive management on current departmental activities, bringing to attention those issues that need to be addressed

Periodically making store visits to assess the teams and understand the business

Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures

Requirements

• A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. HR Management, Business Administration, etc.) preferable Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Talent Management, labor law and HR practices, HR operations and practices in a similar industry
• Must be well versed with Labour Laws (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar)
• Experience of developing and managing budgets

In addition, the following skills and competencies are desirable
• Rigor and sense of organization
• Flexibility
• Fluent in English
• Can multi task, under extreme pressure
• High degree of IT literacy, including excellent Microsoft Office skills

Reports to CEO and works with each head of business unit and corporate function to collate and assess their human resources need.
