Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Human Resources:
- Designs, develops and oversees the company’s policies, procedures and practices and makes recommendations for them. Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team. Advise managers on organizational policy matters.
- Participates in recruitment decisions and administers all levels of staff Recruitment. Oversee the recruitment and staffing for the entire organization, which includes drafting of ads, posting in appropriate publication/website, interviewing, tracking applicants, sending Job Offers, employment contracts, arranging for visas, travel of overseas candidates and their temporary accommodation.
- Plan and conduct new hire orientation. Coordinate with the other Departments for Induction.
- Designs Training and development plans for the Firm. Oversee the training programs and locate the appropriate programs to accomplish the training needs.
- Perform compensation analysis, trends and create compensation structure that correlate with Titles and duties. Input human resource changes into payroll.
- Designs and administers an employee evaluation and pay program for all employees.
- Responsible for annual performance reviews for the company. Send out Appraisals forms; work with Department Heads/Managers on appraisals and salary increases.
- Designs and administers a benefits plan for the Firm. This includes; the administration of the air tickets encashment, medical plans, profit sharing/Bonus etc.,
- Designs and administers the Firm’s Employee Relations programs, i.e., Disciplinary Action Procedure, Labor Regulations Violations, investigations, punishments.
- Participates in all termination decisions. Responsible for terminations, exit interviews.
- Provides leadership and counsel to support human resources personnel.
- Provide organizational development for the company, which includes; employee development, job structure, job descriptions, mentoring and development programs, promotions, job transfers, location transfers, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between Management and employees and help resolve work related problems.
- Responsible for the activities and functions of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Maintain employee records and appropriate HR documents.

Administration:
- Administration of the PRO functions such as Labour, Immigration and other Governmental Organizations.
- Oversee the front office reception handling by the administration staff.
- Oversee the drivers schedule and tasks for delivery of documents, staff transportation etc.
- Administer the courier services engaged by the Company.
- Administer purchase of kitchen and pantry supplies for the offices.
- Administer the Company’s fleet cars servicing, petrol bills, Salik and parking reimbursements
- Oversee the building maintenance in coordination with the building management, janitorial staff, security issues, etc

Requirements

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a successful Human Resources plan for the Firm.

Develop the professional systems for recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, staff training and development consistent with the policies of the Company.

Provide leadership and direction of the overall human resource practices of the organization.

Serves on the Management Team and communicates effectively with the other Management Team members.

• MBA-HR
• 15-18 years of experience (Preferably Minimum 5 years in U.A.E)
• Contracting/consultancy experience will be an added advantage.
