Job description / Role
This is a superb organisation who operate in the Financial Services space and have a dynamic yet warm, friendly and extremely professional culture. They are now seeking a very 'hands-on' HR Manager who will be able to act at both a transactionary and strategic level with a fast moving growing organisation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is personable, warm, honest and hardworking. Culture fit is vital as is the ability to work well with a small team whilst maintaining that all important sense of humour! You must be CIPD qualified or equivalent and ideally from a fintech and/or Financial Services space although experience from alternative industries will be considered for the right approach and experience.
