Job description / Role
Our client is a multinational retailer headquartered in the UAE. They have a super office and an even better culture. All they now require is the perfect HR Manager to continue to nurture the culture and to support them in this exciting time of growth! This is a 360 degree HR role and will touch upon every aspect of HR at some point. Based out of the Dubai Office for the majority of the week, there is also an opportunity to spend a couple of days in the stores and engage with the wider team.
Requirements
This role requires a strong all rounder with a great attitude and flexible approach. You will have experience of working in the HR space in the UAE and be familiar with Labor law and regulations with a good grasp of visa processes etc. You will enjoy recruitment as much as talent management and be hungry to learn and develop along the way. This role is suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years experience and a desire to grow as an HR professional. Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must as is experience in the Retail Industry in the UAE.
You will ideally hold a qualification in HR or be working towards one.
