Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at NAFFCO GROUP, located in Dubai. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations.

Qualifications

- HR Management and HR Policies skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in managing Employee Relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Relevant HR certification or degree in Human Resources

Must have experience on UAE Labour Law
