The Company
Robert Half are working with an established business based in Dubai, looking to hire an HR Operations Manager.
The Role
As the HR Operations Manager you will join an established business based in Dubai where it is a leader within the professional services sector. This role requires a HR Professional who has a hands-on HR operational approach with the ability to HR business partner with the senior management team. You will create solid HR processes and adhere to best practice whilst leading a team of 5.

Requirements
The Candidate
* Strong experience of working in a fast-paced professional services or financial services business with the ability to manage teams and work collaboratively on HR projects.
* Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
* Attention to detail and good judgement
* Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving ability.
* Experience of financial services, professional services or management consultancy preferred.
* Must be multinational or global company
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
* 8-10+ years' experience in Human Resources
Salary and Benefits
* 40,000-50,000 AED, plus company benefits
