About the Role
• A leading Dubai-based organisation is seeking an experienced HR Specialist / HR Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic company while managing full-cycle HR functions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies
• Maintain HR documentation, contracts, and payroll coordination
• Support HR reporting and provide insights to senior leadership
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE or Gulf region
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
