HVAC Sales Engineer

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Key Accounts, (HVAC Industry)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 7+ years

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Key Accounts with a proven track record in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products and services, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage sales activities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue generation.

Roles and responsibilities
• Sales and Marketing of AC Equipment for brands Rheem ,Clima Uno and Tecnair.
• Generating Enquiries
• Verifying and ensuring to send the quotation in concurrence with the sales coordinator
• Follow on Quoted projects and work towards closing the deal.
• Client retention
• Customer building and satisfaction monitoring.
• Meeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the management.
• Price negotiation at site level.

• Minimum 5 years in Sales background for Air conditioning products- Dx and Chilled water System.
• Good Sales and Marketing network
• Sales Attitude and Self Driven
• Technical proficiency about AC products like Ducted , Package ,VRF, FAHU,AHU,ERV and Ecology units
• Team player

Education
• B.E/B tech in Mechanical Engineering

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
