Job Description

  • Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout the hotel.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to HVAC-related maintenance requests and emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HVAC systems, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Certification or diploma in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
