Job description / Role
About the client:
A property maintenance company in Dubai, dealing with all areas such as Home Maintenance, AC Maintenance Services, Facility Management and Building Maintenance.
Job Role:
• Install, maintain and repair indoor air quality systems
• Responsible for handling all air quality system jobs, from installation to end-of-life by performing maintenance, warranty and emergency repairs
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and identifying maintenance risks
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Keeping records of all maintenance functions
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino and Indian nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering course or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role
• Applicants who can join immediately (Cancelled/Visit Visa) will be prioritized
• Skilled in handling all AC, electrical, plumbing, painting works
• Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus
• Experience in drafting quotations and planning AutoCAD drawings is a plus
• Ability to handle commercial and residential clients with ease by having excellent communication and negotiation skills
