HVAC Technician

Job description / Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas industry in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems to support our operational efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in compliance with various regulations and standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend adjustments or replacements as necessary.
- Maintain records of service performed and prepare reports on maintenance procedures and equipment conditions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate HVAC installations and updates.
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and best practices in HVAC operations.
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations to ensure workplace safety.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in the Oil & Gas sector or similar environments.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC technology and practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.

Salary:
AED 2,000 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
