HVAC Technician Cum Foreman

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician cum Foreman to join our dynamic team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of leadership in managing teams. This role involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, along with overseeing project operations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients while mentoring and guiding junior technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee HVAC projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during installation and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support and training to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC systems.
- Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot HVAC system failures promptly.
- Assist in the budgeting and procurement of HVAC materials and equipment as needed.

- 4-5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Proven experience with installation of DX systems, VRF, and chilled water systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
