Position Title: Hygiene Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 2K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, duty meals and paid overtime
Benefits: as per UAE labour law
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading luxury Hotel based in Deira Dubai.

Job Description:
- Conduct regular inspections of food handling and preparation areas to ensure compliance with HACCP standards.
- Maintain detailed records of hygiene inspections, training, and audits.
- Generate and submit periodic reports on hygiene compliance to management.
- Coordinate with pest control service providers to ensure routine inspections and treatments.

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationalities
- 35 years old and below
- With Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food Safety, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience on same role with Certification in HACCP or similar food safety standards is preferred
