Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

For a period of over 50 years our Client has manufactured and distributed meat products around the globe and having recently acquired a number of regional competitors they are aggressively increasing their market share specifically within the Middle East and European markets.

Due to the year on year growth of the business and additional plant locations across the region they are now actively seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join their team based in Riyadh, KSA who will, alongside the Group Hygiene Manager, be tasked with improving standard across the entire Middle East.

To be considered for this role you must have 2-6 years experience of Hygiene Management from within the food industry, candidates with direct meat experience will be given priority.

The main responsibilities for this role are as follows:
- Lead/Manage Hygiene management across the whole Middle East region
- Lead/Manager a team of up to 50
- Training of existing/new employees to ensure the highest standards
- Monitoring of plant hygiene levels

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of factory hygiene processes
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Ability to train and develop the team to reach expected standards
- Understanding of test methods and results of lab analysis is curtail
- Experience in general food technology is highly value
- Experience in hygiene control methods.
