ICT Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Experience as a project manager managing Technology projects
- Experience with project planning, project scope, project schedules, project budgets, define goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, delay analysis, time extension and managing technology projects
- Experience with client interfacing
- Experience managing a project from beginning to end
- PMP or ITIL certification
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive a project forward.
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent problem solving skills are required.
- The ability to understand, document and provide solutions for business and technical requirements.
- Manage projects, involving multicultural, remote, internal & external resources and 3rd party vendors in geographically diverse locations.
- Work to agreed quality, timelines and cost deliverables.
- Manage, report on and escalate where necessary on-going project status and budget issues
- Comply with internal PM methodology and relevant regulations inc. GxP, CSV, HW/SW standards, Info Protection, Prince 2, PMP, ITIL
- Liaise with stakeholders during project planning and delivery

Requirements

- A minimum of a BS in Communications, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
- MUST have an IT background and have worked in the field at least 5 years in UAE
- Up-to-date knowledge of current SAS, ELV, and SCN technology advancement
- Mature and proactive, with evidence of having worked with Airports Projects.
- Demonstrated track record and experience in delivering large scale enterprise projects
- Strong analytical skills and experience
- A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Needs to be seen as a team player who is committed to lifelong learning
- A practical project manager with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills
- Strong commitment to lead and develop team members
