Job Description & Summary
A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and driving long term revenue growth. Our Sales and Marketing Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell PwC's brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our pricing strategies in the marketplace.

Responsibilities: 

Marketing & Events:

- Work with the ME Marketing & Communications Acting Leader on various marketing projects focused on KSA - understand the objectives; develop an action plan; coordinate with relevant stakeholders and provide materials to support the campaign.
- Actively promote firmwide campaigns launched by the Marketing team throughout KSA
- Work with the Creative Design Centre on projects requested by the KSA office, by liaising between the stakeholders and the design team. This would require understanding the process and getting to know the brand.
- Support local staff with conferences and sponsorships including Risk & Quality (R&Q) - independence checks, brand clearances and Joint Business Relationships which may arise
- Support Brand Champion activities - help roll out regional initiatives and raise brand awareness in KSA.  Lead brand champion sharing insights and knowledge with others and be a source of brand knowledge. 
- Assist the regional team with local internal and external events, ensuring the Events Manager is aware of activities in the region.
- Feed into the firmwide calendar of events.

External communications:

- Support the PR team in providing the external communication support needed for KSA 
- Work closely with the PR team in arranging and staffing media interviews, when needed
- Develop relationships with KSA media when needed, through background briefings and networking
- Support the PR lead in developing KSA related press material (press releases, key messages, talking points, press briefs) for KSA media activities

Internal Communications:

- Support the Internal Communications team with local communications initiatives 
- Draft the quarterly Partners newsletter that is sent out by the Country Senior Leader
- Provide communications advice to teams (Corporate Social Responsibility, Women in Business, Internal events, etc)
- Responsible for all internal & external Communications for the Country Senior Leader
- Help educate and train colleagues in KSA on internal communication, best practice and the brand
- Look for opportunities to help us communicate in the office more efficiently and effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of the region and of KSA 
- Proven IT skills in MS Office 

Language Skills:

- Fluent in English. Multilingual in Arabic advantageous
