Job description / Role
PwC ME's internal Risk & Quality ("R&Q") team is looking for a candidate with 7 to 10 years of experience in providing advisory services in an international consulting firm. Prior experience in risk management and/or compliance roles will be an advantage. The selected individual will be based in Dubai and will be a part of the team driving the risk and quality agenda across the Consulting line of service in the Middle East. Candidates should be bilingual and proficient in English and Arabic.

PwC's Consulting business continues to grow across the Middle East region and there are increasingly complex quality and risk aspects that need to be addressed to support our continued success.
The selected individual will work as a key part of the R&Q team with a broad range of activities and responsibilities that will include contact with Partners and other senior staff members across Consulting, as well as other parts of the firm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to queries from client facing staff and providing pragmatic advice and solutions.
- Proactively providing support to teams pursuing larger, or more complex opportunities (e.g. cross-border working)
- Delivering R&Q training to partners and staff
- Supporting on internal projects
- Negotiating with clients alongside legal advisors with regard to contracting challenges
- Supporting and facilitating knowledge sharing within the Consulting R&Q team
