Your Role and Responsibilities
The IMAC Coordinator will coordinate the delivery, installation, moves and changes of end users computer equipment and peripheral to include laptops, desktops, monitors and printers and host components. As IMAC Coordinator you will also maintain the forward supply inventory of assets on items to be deployed to or returned from end-users. You will ensure returned items are fit for service or prep for surplus and coordinate the active of tow others.

Job Responsibilities
- Image/ Re-image Laptop-Desktops
- Manage Inventory
- Pick Up equipment
- Complete break FIX
- Install applications
- Create Accounts in Active Directory
- Contact Vendor for service
- Organize surplus for pick up
- Assist with Service Calls
- Work with antivirus
- Replenish supplies for hardware\\office
- Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
- Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
- May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
- Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
- Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

Specific Job Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all organization levels and with outside vendors. Must be able to negotiate and/or influence others in a positive/professional manner to gather support for the company s needs or to drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of financial control policies/audit procedures and an understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong knowledge of inventory process controls in a warehousing/distribution environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication including presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities at the same time.
- Ability to prioritize and set goals to achieve company objectives.
- Strong planning skills including but not limited to projects, staffing and work processes.
- Maintain a positive, team oriented attitude and instruct others in the proper met

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in inventory control.
- AA or equivalent + 3 years of related experience
- ITIL V3 (would be a plus)
- HDI
- Tier II and/or Tier III HelpDesk support
