Position Title: Image Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion

Job Description:
• Direct and manage the visual presentation of retail environments, from storefront design to in-store displays.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual imagery with promotional and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee the visual styling of product images on the e-commerce platform, ensuring consistency and high-quality representation of products.
• Lead a team of visual merchandisers, stylists, photographers, and designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:
• 38 years and below
• Bachelor degree in design, marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 Years of experience in visual merchandizing/creative direction and 3 years in a leadership position form Ecommerce or Retail industry
• Must have experience with luxury or premium fashion brands.

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
