Image Review Specialist

Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source Image Review Specialists (Transportation) to join their team.

Our client is a specialized consultancy services company in the field of transportation, with particular focus on emerging technologies. They are looking for people with experience in Image Review to join their operations department and ensure citywide road users are correctly reviewed for violations and payments are charged in organized system. This person will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry to an exceptional standard. It will require someone with proven operational and analytical experience, and someone who thrives in a high-paced environment.

As an Image Review Specialist, your role will be responsible for managing online accounts, extremely accurate data entry from image reviewing and being a full-time processing operator for violations payments.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Managing online accounts
• Ensuring accurate data entry from images into database
• Maintaining daily quotas for number of images processed and acceptable error rates
• Supporting the organization with task management and exceeding individual completed daily work statistics
• Reviewing/inspecting violation rules and policy guidelines for resolution codes to be used on the images viewed
• Developing collaborative team environment and assisting with customer account maintenance

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in vehicle license plate-based transactions, violations observation and management in a tolls, police or regulatory organization. UAE experience and transportation industry experience is desired and a good understanding of MS Office and desktop computers skills is required. Excellent attention to detail and fluency in Arabic is a must.
