We are immediately hiring a dynamic HR Executive fluent in Tagalog to join our team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in managing HR functions and supporting our workforce with effective communication and administrative excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation with a focus on Tagalog-speaking staff.
- Coordinate recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly in Tagalog.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Support training and development initiatives tailored for Tagalog-speaking employees.

- Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office applications.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
