Immediate Requirement - Senior Concept Designer - Dubai
Our client is an International Property Developer that provides luxury homes across the GCC, the wider Middle East and the UK.
They require a Senior Architect to focus specifically on the Concept Design process and report directly to the Head of Department. The successful candidate will have the ability to produce pragmatic designs.
Salary:
AED
35,000 to 45,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Skills
• Degree in Architecture from a recognised international university.
• 12+ years of experience in Architecture with an emphasis on residential or hospitality projects.
• RIBA Part 3 or equivalent.
• Good BIM/Revit experience.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and team building skill.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading developer and work on high end mixed used Hospitality/Residential projects. The candidate will be required to interact with the Chairman of the company, making this is a critical role within the business.
