Job description / Role
Client is currently seeking an Immigration Consultant to work out of the Dubai office.
Duties will include:
• Contact assignee and obtain necessary documents to process employment/residence visa from both company and assignee
• Provide necessary forms to assignee for completion
• Advise assignee with regard to attestation of documents etc to ensure correct documentation is provided in advance of arrival in the UAE
• Submit all forms, documents, photographs etc to company sponsor/PRO to enable employment visa to be issued
• Provide employment visa to assignee and on arrival, collate documents and arrange medical for residence visa process and issue of Emirates ID card
• Once employee residence visa has been issued, assist with application for family/housemaid residence visas
Requirements
• Significant UAE Immigration experience
• Excellent organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently using your own initiative
• Good communications skills (verbal and written)
