Immigration Consultant - Portuguese Market

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Immigration Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role focuses on providing expert immigration advice and services to clients interested in Portugal. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, along with exceptional communication skills to effectively guide clients through the immigration process. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert immigration advice and services to clients interested in Portugal immigation;
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' eligibility for various immigration programs and advise on the best pathways to achieve their immigration goals.
- Prepare and review immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, procedures, and regulations, and communicate these changes to clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the immigration process.
- Assist clients in gathering necessary documentation and preparing them for interviews with immigration authorities.
- Collaborate with legal teams and other stakeholders to resolve complex immigration issues.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the immigration consultancy.

- Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 yrs of experience in the same role with proven experience in sales, preferably in the visa consultancy or immigration services sector.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Must have B2B sales experience, preferably in consultancy.
- Must have strong understanding in immigration laws and visa processes.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu and/or Arabic
- Availability to start: 2nd January 2025.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Variable income based on sales commissions
