Employment: Full Time

Our client is a large relocations company and due to further expansion they are now recruiting for an Immigration Manager to join their team.

The role is responsible for helping individuals who are relocating and the main focus is to assist clients in obtaining visas and other related immigration documentation.

You will provide the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly. The Immigration Manager must work within strict timelines and communicate with authorities and the client consistently via email or telephone. Clients must be treated individually and the process tailored to suit them, with the hiring of translators if necessary. The Visa and Immigration Consultant must have a strong understanding of labour office procedures as well as any related legislation.

You will oversee all aspects of the visa and immigration service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly and oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and to ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the authorities.

Requirements

You will be an Arabic speaker although this is not mandatory but you will have a good understanding of immigration and PRO responsibilities in the region. Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must as the role is centred on communication with the client, colleagues and authorities. You must be able to work under tight deadlines, work well under pressure and provide a high level of customer service. Proficiency in MD Office is a must as is a UAE driving license.
